Sassy's Up Late Again

Irony? Coincidence? Just a normal pain in the ass? After 6 days of no power, we get the house "booted up" again, only to discover the air conditioner is now broken. Word is the freon is leaking and the whole system needs to be replaced. Even better, the old system is so old that no newer unit will fit the current setup, so several modifications have to be made first. Which means that we will have another week with no air conditioning. It was only 87° here today, 77% humidity. I'm wearing as little as possible and things are sticking to me. It's ugly.
